Coach Jay Radzavicz
For Coach Jay Radzavicz, life is about Family, Faith…..and Football.
As the son of a prominent high school coach in New York State, Radzavicz fell in love with the game at an early age, and has been intimately involved in the game throughout his life.
Radzavicz played college football at Alfred University and at The University of Delaware, and coached the Running Backs at The University of Central Missouri. As a member of the media, he hosted the Pittsburg State University Coach’s Show in Kansas, was a color analysis for Missouri Southern State Football, and authored the annual “Pigskin Preview” magazine for the Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri Region. During a decade long tenure in the 1990’s, Coach Radz covered the Kansas City Chiefs for CBS affiliate KOAM-TV. After moving to Florida in the early 2000’s, Radzavicz covered college and high school football while reporting and anchoring at Central Florida News.
After a 20-year career as a Television Producer at Golf Channel, Radzavicz returned to coaching for his two son’s as they began participating in youth baseball, basketball and football.
